Todays “workout” was flipping at a gymnastics gym followed by two-stepping at the @okcorralkelowna

I’m trying to do two-step for the first time and I see these two and I’m thinking in the back of my head “ I’m gonna pull a muscle doing that or drop the girl 😅

Well swing more than two step lol, but very good moves:) Be careful dancing like that on concrete...A wooden dance floor can absorb a lot more shock. I've seen too many girls accidentally get dipped too low or slip out of the guys hands and really get hurt. Hitting your head on concrete has a lot different effect than hitting a wooden floor😇
