This is the first video I have commented on of this type but I have watched many. This video made me feel in such a way that I have never felt before, completely at ease, mind, body and soul. I literally could not feel my body the whole 20 minutes I listened to it I was so relaxed. At about the 2 minute mark (maybe 2 minute, not really sure, my eyes were closed.) I started seeing what seemed like energy webs (not sure what else to call them) of blue and yellow shooting out of me from my mind, not sure who else has experienced this?! That went on for a good minute. After that it felt like my body was on a sea of waves in a galaxy of openness, I was just a floating head. I’m not crazy, it’s just how I felt. I will definitely listen to this again. Thanks so much for a beautiful video!❤

I had the best night sleep, after listening to this on my iPad timer for about an hour. I didn’t get up once during the night, where are usually get up 2 to 3 times a night.
