I have had no movement on my fiance K-1 since April whom is in Honduras. Our wait has been 16 months since we first applied. Status since April t states ready for interview but no one has contacted us. I have called the embassy and all I get told is I have to wait. Anything that I can do or someone I can contact to help get this case moving forward. We are just lost in this process, we have no clue what else we can do.

In RIo de Janeiro, they have scheduled interviews for K-1, CR-1, IR1 visas who were DQ through April this year. My wife got her interview notice on Friday. She was DQ in January.

I have a question. On March 5 2021, I received a letter that we are D.Q and wait 120 days for either interview appointment or further instructions, the 120 days was to expire July 5 2021, however June 14 2021 we got another letter stating same thing of being D.Q and should expect either an interview letter within 60 days, it's past 34 days now, and we also sent an expidite request earlier and was told they will get back to us within August. How likely are we to receive an interview letter for August, just asking ( Nigerian consulate).

Thanks for this vid. I wonder what about petition for a parent. It's been 2 years and we are just waiting for the interview schedule coming from US embassy in Manila. Thanks! (And we cannot check back anymore w/ CEA website.) One attorney said to express the intention of continuing the petition but how? There's no one to contact to.

Hello Jacob, thank you for posting new updates. I follow your videos diligently. You have mentioned Pakistan and India in your videos. Could you please do a video on Us consulate in Dhaka, Bangladesh as well. Especially what's going on with F2a visas. My wife's case has been documentatily qualified since August 2020 with a PD of October 2018. We have also received 2 emails with 60 and 120 days notice

Informing about the spousal green card on Jan 14 2022. He cannot find an appointment for the medical in such a short time. Is it ok to go to the interview and submit the medical paperwork afterwards?
