Cooked rice 1 cup , mustard 1 teaspoon , Bengal gram dal 2 teaspoon, Urud dal 2 teaspoon, curry leaves 2 sprig , cashew nuts 10 no’s , ground nut 20 gms( one hand full) lemon 2 no’s ,turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon, asefotida 1/2 teaspoon, salt to taste ,gingely oil1 round spoon, green chilli 2 no’s
