Pro tip, if Tapatio is too spicy for you, use Cholula (the green works best) also, add some imitation bacon bits too that and its even better.

Tip: cook the egg with the ramen. Once the ramen is loose, break an egg and pour it in to a spot with no ramen or little ramen in there (use a spoon or something to move the ramen) then add the seasoning. It makes the egg into a pouched egg.

Ps: personal preference but when the ramen is done, remove most of the water but not all, and then add cheese (to each their own) and add some pan fried hotdog chunks and theres the recipe.
