“If I’m not having fun, I’m doing my job wrong”

I loved that!

Part of Momoa's appeal is his relationship with his children and the dad energy he gleefully embraces. It's not a part of his character we've seen captured on film and I for one am excited to see this.

I lost my mom a couple years ago….and this made me cry as soon as she said “I just wanna see my dad again” I’m 40…and sometimes I still say “I don’t want to wake up”

As somebody who had lost her dad. This trailer really hits home.... There was a time where I'd rather sleep long or sleep the whole day because in my dreams I could meet my dad again. I could hug and talk to him and even said my sorry- the words I haven't said when he passed away. You see I have a little argument with him before going to another place and when I returned home he was already in a coma(he had stroke). He pass away a week later. So dreaming of him was the only time I could say my heartfelt thanks, love and my sincerest apology.

I can't wait to watch this...

For someone like me, with serious war related PTSD issues, this movie is a masterpiece. I really think dreams were the one thing that kept me sane during my darkest moments. This movie is profound, more than you think. Still just watching the trailer gives me goosebumps.
Edit: it's true, no dream lasts forever. Sooner or later it's time to wake up. Like I said, dreams kept me sane, but then something... someone more important came along. I was barely 20 years old and met a girl at a club. Little did I know she would make my dreams come true. That was almost 12 years ago, she's now my wife. Watched this movie with her, I just kept crying and laughing at the same time. She didn't think I was crazy, that was never the case. She just listened and told me that our past should not define who are today and who we want to be one day.
Hold on to your dreams, but learn to let go when the time is right. Good luck.

This movie is criminally underrated had me all over the place in emotions, such a creative plot don't believe negative reviews if you don't like the movie your probably way to picky about little things.

I just came to this video to leave a comment for the makers of the movie. Thank you, for making it. Made me cry and it captured my attention the entire time. I haven't had a movie do that for some time.

I really missed this type of movies, something of where the wild things are, bridge to terabithia and a monster call. Something of bittersweet childhood experience

I adored the vintage comics of Slumberland as a child and still read them to this day. You'd best believe I'll be watching this excited to see the imagery on the screen.
Just the walking bed alone brought memories.

The 80's animated one was one of my FAVORITE childhood movies but almost nobody knew about it, this is so crazy & awesome they remade it. I literally would watch this on repeat on VHS lol

Absolutely loved this movie. I watched it with my kids and I wasn't expecting to be sent on an emotional rollercoaster. It really resonates with people who have lost a loved one. A great message.
