Thank you Tory. As I've said before, I wasn't in this so-called "church" but when I was younger I was in a "Buddhist" cult- Soka Gakkai for 12 years and for half that time I was in the Young Men's Division (YMD) doing non-stop activities 6 days a week and I was made to feel guilty for not doing MORE. Of course, we were on a noble crusade to save the world to enable people to be happy. "Happy people make a happy world." It seems those who were enmeshed in a cult like I was can understand readily stories like yours. And we're not stupid people! When you go into one of their buildings you at first wonder whether they really are trying to help you since they are being so nice to you but then after you hear all their pitch and hype they want you to buy something.... anything... and it quickly shows their true colors as a business.  maybe some of the staff are there because they truly believe in this stuff and that they are sincerely think they are saving the world but when they are pressuring you to buy buy buy you know they are under pressure to sell .  What they don't realize is that ( for myself) I have 2 things running through my mind.. 1.) Is this person really trying to help me? or 2.) Is this person only trying to sell me something ? When they tip the scale on the pressure to buy they answer my question for me right there..

Tory. Love your videos by the way, but question. Do you know why they use a Christian symbol as their symbol when Scientology is no where close to Christianity? Is this really to dupe people into going to a place where they think their going to Christian church? I just saw an hbo documentary about this and I was floored and had to research into this whole thing. It totally reminds me of a Jonestown crossed with a Pyramid scam. Good work by the way. I hope you can get some of these people to change their minds about this crap.
