For those who don't have it working:
check the "Group window by application" (it should be checked) in the "Mission control" section of the "Desktop & Dock" settings. If it's unchecked you need to check it and restart your mac

Now, you can view more than two apps side by side though, due to Widow Tilling. I'm glad to see that feature show up on Mac.

I'm sorry, but my Macbook Pro 16 running on Sequoia's latest (purchased late last year) does not work the way shown on this video. My move and resize green button only shows options to fill the left or the right side of the screen (which basically becomes a split screen) or "Full Screen" which literally takes up the full screen (while blacking out other screens, monitors, etc) until you deselect the full-screen mode. The "alternate desktops" you can create don't seem to work as shown either.
I keep finding situations like this with Apple iOS. Thought it would be different once I moved over to Apple.
