Katie King has a Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and is a practising Nutritionist based in Brisbane. She has a real food philosophy and a passion for helping people realise how easy it is to eat well and be well.

As an Ultra runner, Katie has a particular interest in sports nutrition for endurance athletes (real food fuelling for athletic longevity), real food living, management of diabetes and related disorders including PCOS, and gut health.

Yay, someone who talks about perishable food. That's it. Eat food that would perish in a day to a week if it wasn't refrigerated.

I usually don't like the LCHF diet, but I agree with what she says. I have noticed that I can get by on very little once I load up on food that are nutrition dense. I just don't hungry and I have plenty of energy. My theory why this happens is because my body is satisfied that it has the vitamins and minerals that it needs so it turns off the hungry sign. Most people think that it is about having a full stomach but it about having your vitamins and minerals full. I am a vegan by the way. I eat real food no animal products.

I can't listen to someone who talks with that upward inflection at the end of each uhm....uhm....and we were 'like' uhm !
