To satisfy that Thanksgiving Turkey craving, it is heard to beat smoked Turkey of any kind! These Bone-in Turkey thighs smoked to perfection on the kettle grill will satisfy that craving whenever it arises! This Turkey Thigh Recipe could also be used for Thanksgiving instead of doing a whole Thanksgiving Turkey! My family really enjoyed this meal and I hope that you will try it as well with your family!

Smoked Turkey Thigh Recipe:
4 Turkey Thighs
3 teaspoons Homemade Seasoning (Use what you like)
2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Gallon Size Ziploc Bags
Put the mayo, paprika ad seasoning in 2 Ziploc bags. Mix it a little bit and add the Turkey to the bags and cover well with the mixture inside. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes prior to putting on the smoker. Fire up the smoker to 250 degrees. Add the turkey and check and spritz every 30 -45 minutes until the Turkey reaches a temperature of 158 degrees. Once it is at this temperature, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
