THANK YOU. That “digestive enzyme” stuff is SO WORRYING and encourages disordered eating. Liquidating food once it is already in the stomach does not change any of the macro or micronutrient makeup of that food. Those carbs, sugar, salt, etc. are still there and will still be processed. Also, the concept of “bad food” and “bad food days” encourages disordered eating, it takes power away from the individual and gives it to inanimate objects. Don’t let anyone ever make you feel bad for eating edible cookie dough. It’s delicious and your body is built to handle it <3
