Descaling CitiZ Nespresso

I was having trouble at first as it stopped and I had to push buttons again. Make sure your machine is awake by pressing just once either espresso or lugo size. Then hold down for 3 seconds and the lights will alternately blink. Then press once and sort of firm the lugo button and it should work.
