You ever Do a Factory Reset using the Button on your NVR? The one that shows online isn't correct so just wondering if you know how to do it if you don't have access to the Email you used to setup the NVR with? (Important to setup with a good email and to use the questions and answers so a person don't get locked out of the device.. Online shows Take cover off press hold button 4-5 seconds unplug and hold 4 to 5 seconds and plug back in that don't work.

11:30 isnt it suppose to find the gateway and the ip adress auto without manually write it ???? all other devices are getting those info auto

Very nice clear video I am currently researching cctv systems and am torn between Dahua and Hikvision which would be the best choice for a first timer with cctv who is not really a good with all the tech side of things but first class on installing the cables and kit ?

Do the ip cameras get an ip as soon as you connect them to the switch or nrv or you should manually put static ip-s to them? You didn’t show how you connected and configured at first the five cameras. They also have an ip with a different network range compared to the nvr, how do they work this way?

is cctv works without internet cable from your switch. I dont want to view cctv on website. just local on the monitor.

Should be a WD purple HD...for 24/7 surveillance recording...
Should be careful about the hd...static electricity might damage it..
