good tip! Everyone talks stuff like “wear a helmet, kneepads, elbowpads” but in reality when you are starting out, you keep hitting your shins, which is painful as hell. Especially on shuvits…

I do soccer myself, and I want to say these are fantastic. Make sure to get the right size. If you don’t you can get bruised form getting hit on the top of your shin. And if you want easy to put in shinguards then get ghost guards. Their the ones shown in the video. If they keep sliding down then get shinguard stays.

(I’m talking into he perspective of wearing soccer socks, so it might be uncomfortable on bare skin)
