Vistoria is a straight up bully and no one is stopping her. instead the show is gonna go on and portray this as something that is okay when she's obviously hurting someone's feelings. These r the types of shows that make girls or anyone, in general, make it think that it is alright to be that mean to someone. Part of being grown up is letting things go and having to deal with it.
