This was actually a command that was added in several games. Also, if you type ?alwaysnear or ?alwayswatching, the same thing will happen. The origins of this jumpscare is from a 18 year old YouTube video titled “Scary Dancing Clown”. The real reason why this was added was for an Easter egg by the developer of the person who made the script only meant to scare people. One of the games this command works in is ttd3.
