August 9 is my mother's death anniversary.

People went panic buying due to earthquake alert, but don't worry we are not affected. Thank you for your concern.😘
I checked the supermarket, there is no rice available, thanks God I still have here.

I can feel your sadness. My Dad died a few months after I turned 18 in 1977. I'm 65 now and I still miss him. It's been 45 years. My Mom died in 2010. I'm thankful she got to see my daughter grow up and meet her oldest grandson. It's very hard when both parents are gone. I'm thankful to have lots of pictures of my parents. I'll say extra prayers for both of yours. Your sister was right, snakes generally don't stay where they shed their skin. I'm glad you were around your lovely friends today. I'm very glad you are stocking up too. You never know what Mother Nature will do. We stock up when hurricane season starts. We try to get rid of any meats we have in our freezer. That's too costly to replace if our electricity is out for a couple weeks. Lots of can goods, soups, ramen noodles, things like that is what we buy just in case. And batteries for our camping fans to try to keep us cooler. Being prepared is a good thing. Also bottled and gallon jugs of water. So we can flush if the water goes out. And do quick wipe downs on us lol. The flowers were beautiful. Your Mother was a lovely looking woman. I see you in her. Your boyfriend looks tall in the quick photo you showed! Handsome too. I understand your sadness. I lost my beloved mother last year. Sunday is her birthday in Heaven. I miss her and my brother so much...big hug to you my love. Remember, they are happy and proud❤ Your Mamma is very beautiful just like you!

First of all let me say that I can completely empathize with your mom's anniversary. Doesn't her anniversary coincide with ⛩ Obon? And if it be any consolation, you certainly do have your mom's 👩‍👧 features.

Memories is all we have as you get older. I can also tell you a mothers love is infinite. I have fond memories of my mother in law teaching me how to cook filipina delicacies when she was still alive. Just keeping living our lives as God intended us to live and we will recieve his blessings. Take care.

Hi Che B I love to look through old photos of my mum and dad with my brother, sister and I. You are very like your mum and I'm sure she is looking down on you with pride. Take comfort from the knowledge your parents are together again. Nobody can take away your memories, remember the happy times. My brothers anniversary is coming up on the 5th Sept, he also passed away from an acute stroke, sadly he was brain dead when my mum found him. 3 months later we lost my mum to pneumonia, she had just given up. You have your wonderful friends to support you, you are blessed. Take care ❤

I was sad and cried in your video… I also remembered my mother’s death exactly obon yasumi (all souls day) in Japan. Until now I remember when they called that they were in the emergency room of the hospital and my mother didn’t want to let me know because she didn’t want me to worry 😢

Dear Cherry Pie, Im sure your parents are looking down with pride at how much you have accomplished and how brave you are, when you were looking at the photos it made me tear up for you. You are a kind and beautiful young lady, and are a credit to both your parents. In regards to the snake situation, if you dilute, either peppermint or citronella, or eucalyptus in water and spray around any area you dont want snakes, this will help, they also hate the smell, also garlic and onions but that might be smelly.
