Hello, my name is wakamizu.
In this channel, I will be sharing lifestyle, interior design, and Japanese tourist attractions from Tokyo.

Today I would like to introduce my morning routine.
I wake up in the morning and open the curtains in my room. I wash my face and brush my teeth, put away dishes and utensils, drink hot water, check social media, email, and news, and then stretch. I drink protein, do laundry, water the houseplants, and get dressed.
I've been spending my days taking care of my health lately.
