Al Hirt - Cotton Candy. This tune is embedded deep in my memory. I’m quite sure it’s was my first intro. to marching band music. I heard it played in the evening night’s air from a High School at Tyrone, Pa, when I was like a third grader. I went on to play 2nd trumpet all the four yrs. of H.S.
