I believe you are in error on how WiFi Speed Limit works. Discussion starts at 35:52. Speed limits are PER CLIENT (not per network). Setting them up is a two-step process. First, in Settings-> Profiles-> WiFi Speed Limit, set the up/down limit max per client. For example, 30 mbps up/down and give it a name (i.e. 'Guest Speed Limit'). Second, in Settings-> WiFi-> [Select the network]-> WiFi Speed Limit you check the box and specify the profile (i.e. 'Guest Speed Limit').

This is why you were confused in the video with the prompt in the profile setup that said it could be at most 100 mbps (at 36:47 in the video.) You were thinking all clients. Unifi is thinking PER client.

But this is a great video! Thanks for making it.

Thanks for the in depth video Ajay. Do you find that for most size churches that the Unifi Cloud Gateway Ultra is sufficient? Are you deploying this now in most, if not all your installations? Or are you still using the Unifi Dream Machine in your installs?

I do Guest Staff Media as VLANs. The staff normally gives out their password when the guest wifi don't work for them& others....

Great video, hope to upgrade our church next year. One question with the VLANs, we have some TVs that can be used as wireless displays from a laptop when you are on the same wireless network. Would we have to put the TVs on guest network people on the guest network to use them or is there a way to put the TVs on a separate VLAN and open a path to them from the guest VLAN?
