Beef tongue requires long cooking and produces melt-in-your mouth consistency. This recipe takes on an Asian flair by adding Chinese spices. I grew up eating this and I learned to do this from my mother. She had no written recipes so many remain in my memory. Many people shudder to think of eating a cow's organ but miss out on this delicious dish.

We all eat tongue !!!
Sausage, hotdogs, hamburger and lunch meat are all made with tongue meat. The best tacos are made with tongue meat !!!
