This tutorial is one of the best tutorials for heel turns. It was clear and easy to follow. I bought a great pattern well it’s a formula really so I make custom socks but I struggled with the way the lady did her heel turn. Currently making baby socks. Just got some loose ladders near the join but I’m pulling my stitches tight so I’m hoping it will close up

Thank you so much for the clear explanations on stitch count when knitting toe up socks. I have knit top down for about 6 years and wanted to learn toe-up so I enrolled, and watched, a Craftsy course but was disappointed with the instructor. There were too many details. I measured my foot but didn't know how to use all these numbers. Then, I knit 4 socks and kept failing on the heels. I could not find a video as understandable as yours. Great clear directions. Love the texture and the color changes. I added markers every 10 stitches before I started the double stitches. It made me feel more confident. Im using long circular. Needed a break from dpns. Thank you.

Thanks for your excellent tutorial. I watched a lot of tutorials before I settled on yours to use in my newest socks, and gave you credit on Ravelry.
