Hi, I started watching purely by chance when you had less than 100 subscribers, now look at the pair of you. Obviously doing something right.

I' d choose the gravel, because the wood base will get very slippery in wet circumstances😊

Gravel with some beautiful flat stepping stones ❤❤❤

I vote for gravel! Fewer liability worries when guests are using it. Lovely to see the progress you are making.

Option 2 with stepping stones for bare feet in the summer. How exciting finding those containers, it truly pays to be polite and chat to people doesn’t it 💕

John, the plastic caps are upside down. They have 3 siides that insert, the 4th side with no lip goes to the bottom, this allows any moisture in the box section to escape rather than sitting in there. At least ours are that design

I love how much Maggie loves her Dad. Your cabin is turning out beautifully.

Option 2. You can always add more gravel to keep it looking fresh .

This video went so fast that I couldn't believe it. The walk with Maggie made me shiver. Such a happy pup. The surprise of shipping containers was a surprise 😮
This adventure is getting even more exciting. Thank you both for sharing. ❤😊

I vote for gravel with a double layer of weed membrane lapping well up over the edges. Not only will this be quicker to install but you won’t slip like you might on wood unless you use non slip boards. And containers … wow - what a gift!!! Xx Katw

Hi guys I think you should put vents in to the soffits as in between the staples, i.e. the gap 6 inches every staple you’ll be very surprised what can lift and go and squeeze under that mesh in between the staples
Great video as usual 👍👍

Option 2 would be my choice. Easy to install and pretty much maintenance free if you use a weed membrane under it. Loving the progress, you’re doing a great job. Seeing Maggie run on the beach, reminds me so much of my English Pointer, Murphy, such an elegant breed IMO. 🥰

Wow! What a score on the four containers. I’m anxious to see what you do with them and to learn what’s inside. The gravel platform for the sauna is my favorite. It will provide better footing and inhances the beautiful wood of the sauna. Less is more❤

You are doing a absolute beautiful job and you both should be so proud of what you have achieved. I love Maggie and she just wanted to cuddle her Dad. I hope you get the shipping containers moved and you will find a reason to use all of them. A lovely young couple who work so hard. Love Pat from Australia ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Jon, the cabin is almost there, it’s great that you three (Maggie) will be in for Christmas 🎄 You have both worked so so hard. Tony 🎉

Omg you're SO CLOSE! I keep praying that we'll all see a little xmas tree 🎄 in the cabin this containers should be great & provide a separation from work space & living know youve to level a space to put them but PLEASE don't let their arrival distract you from your cabin xmas goal ❤😂
