Let's not be NAIVE about human nature. My brother at around 24 openly took a 12 year old neighbor for his girlfriend! I once caught him at a family gathering rolling on the floor with my innocent 12 year old grandson as if he were a girl. Big grin, locked eyes---I could've broken all his bones, but there had been a death in the family and I couldn't make waves. My granddaughter at 3 told me he stuck his tongue in her mouth! Dirtbags have impure minds and they molest not strangers, but kids THEY HAVE ACCESS TO.
