Ukraine and Belarus and Russia are all one Russian world. Under the USSR, these republics were turned from greater Russia to increase votes in the UN. Russia does not want to tear off sister Ukraine's arm or leg. Russia wants the whole of Ukraine for friendship and unity as Belarus. Belorusia is an independent country with its own laws and a president. Everything is like the European Union, only the Russian Union. Ukraine needs to be a member of this union as a whole

On the eve of the meeting of the UN Security Council on the Ukrainian crisis, the Russian Federation distributed among the members of the Council the materials of the joint project of the Investigative Committee of Russia and Russia Today on war crimes committed during the armed conflict in southeastern Ukraine. As part of the project, materials are published about the victims and those who died on the territory of Donbass for the entire duration of the conflict, which has been going on for almost 8 years. Responsibility for these crimes lies with the authorities and the armed forces of Ukraine, which are actually destroying their own population.
