When you open everyday apps like Instagram and Facebook, could you do a scroll test too? Once opened, start scrolling through the feed for a while on both phones immediately after opening to see which one needs to load more/cause hiccups and which one scrolls further. I feel like that’d be a more detailed single core test than just opening the apps

That ripple fingerprint effect should spread through the whole screen and reveal the home screen. It doesn't make sense for it to still be there when the homescreen has popped up

How the open/close app animations looks when navigation button being used?Is it the same as navigation gestures animations?

In a year or two animations difference will be negligible to all.
I think you should try making few videos on VFM on different price range, Repairabilty, OG Features provided (Aux+sd card), WARRANTIES PROVIDED( some brands five lifetime warranty on display, other 2 years, etc...)
Just saying this because I don't see much difference between different flagships, all are smooth and the difference will become obsolete. Thus, it will help us to see your opinions on different categories ❤

Finally someone mentioned that choppy animation when fast opening apps on pixel... I mean nobody uses phone like that, but it really feels like some beta version, they need to fix that.

After Oxygen os was ruined i switched s23 ultra from oneplus 8.
Its been 2months now,

When you press the power button on the pixel, the on-off animation is missing on the pixel screen, I'm talking about the effect at the power button, usually on pixels the animation starts from the button at screen level, this animation is completely absent on your pixel why?
