Yay, a reference to 42 and the late, great Douglas Adams

I am really enjoying the editing in these videos. Actually putting Simon into the pictures of the labs and various other places, is a very cool way to keep the video immersive.

I'm sure we'll figure it out eventually if we survive long enough as a species. Humanity is remarkably clever; we probably just don't know what questions to ask yet.

I think what it boils down to is that there must be something fundamental about mass which we simply do not understand or have misunderstood

15:26 "Still be cooler than 90% of bumper stickers you've ever seen." Considering that 90% of the bumper stickers I've ever seen are either "I went to [name of university]" or something _political, _ that's not a high bar.

long story short:
if we have a unifying theory, we could make sense of everything!

I’m all for cloning our top 10 geniuses and putting them to work. Possibly breeding them too.

I wish they had "cut" to a "clip" of Simon opening the box and making the coctail right there ...

I truly believe that there has to be a unifying theory of everything. Not because of faith or anything like that but because there is a point in physics where everything interacts. In order for everything to interact there must be something that allows that. I don't think it will be as simple as Newton's gravity but I do think it's out there somewhere. Then again I'm also one of those people who believe that humans have far more to discover than what we already know. I think we are still just scratching the surface of what physics really is.

We just need a 1, 000 light year super collider. Well, you won't find that on TEMU, LOL.

I love you Simon! And your writers! Not just because of the knowledge and information you provide. I can't really quantify it, but you just make me comfortable. Whenever I've had a rough day, putting your videos on, regardless of what channel it is, just makes things better. You have my exact outlook regarding skepticism, which I appreciate, but legit, just the sound of you talking makesy day better. Thanks for doing what you do and working as hard as you do. Literally every one of your channels (even the darker ones) put me at ease. Appreciate you brother! Keep kicking ALL of the ass! I know you will!

Cool, but... like for the previous video: where is the science fiction? I would call this episode "The science of science". That said, it's still a great episode 😊

When my dog tosses one of my socks up in the air and it comes back down, I wonder if he lays in bed at night and ponders why that happens.

This absolutely fascinates me and I want to help solve/unify both theories

OH, YouTube suggested one of *these* again
Seems like this channel got a lot more chill which is far easier on my brain xD I really enjoyed watching. Thank you to everyone involved!

In reality, the more mankind finds out about the universe and nature, the more we realize that we know nothing. The more we find out, the more we find that we don’t know. Truth.
