Yeah on paper - Project Sponsors--Project Team--Wider Team.. but there is so much to it. If doing it for the first time it's kind of chicken and egg situation and conceptualisation issues. During the project and or at delivery point it can become a friction and fall out with key employees. Ultimately when the ERP is rolled out there could be a debate - success vs failure; half full vs half empty... and the arguments on the matrix to measure those elements.
