My music teacher in elementary taught us:
Clap Clap
Table Table (tap your hands on the table, one hand would do the first syllable and the other hand would do the second)
Clap
Up Down (bring the cup up and down with your right hand)
Clap
Sweep (sweep the cup up from the table with your right hand, the back of your hand should be facing left)
Top (tap the top of the cup with your left hand in the middle of sweeping the cup of the table)
Table (put the bottom of the cup to the table)
Bottom (Bring bottom of the cup to your left hand with your right)
Hand (you release your right hand from the cup and put your hand down on the left side of the cup)
Down (you put the cup down and you put the cup on the left side)

At the end you should have your left hand on the bottom of the cup and your arms should be crossed.

You say these things while doing the motions at the same time. Like each word has a motion to do at the same time.
So the whole thing should sound like this:
Clap, clap
Table, table
Clap
Up down
Clap
Sweep
Top
Table
Bottom, hand down
