When you think about what we really like about “crab legs” is the flavor/seasoning and the sauce. As a non vegan crab lover I’m defiantly trying this.

Y’all I tried this!!!! Omg! It was so good!! I can’t have shell fish anymore so I tried this!! The texture was just like crab meat!! My son who is 5 liked it

VERY GOOD 👍...tbh, those HEART of PALMS were waving at me in the grocery store, but, I kinda gave them the cold shoulder...and now I have a reason to get better acquainted....lol.😂😂😊😅.

I made this tonight for the first time….and it was a whole hit in the house!!!! I didn’t have Nori so I used seasweed chips instead. Thank you Tab for helping me get my cooking game up to a whole new level 🎊🎊🎊

They were so good Tab omg. I added a lil cayenne, lemon pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the sauce and it didn’t miss a beat.

Sometimes when you buy the canned heart of palms it can be taste to sour and too brined. I heard soaking them in coconut milk beforehand can eliminate that.

I am truly impressed. I ate heart of palm in Mexico cooked very differently, but this way is also so creative and looks delicious. What a healthy and budget friendly way to satisfy a crab craving. I’m not vegan but I definitely want to try this 😋

*Tabitha Brown's juicy crab leg recipe with hearts of palm.*

Ingredient's
1 can of Hearts of Palm (drained and sliced into large chunks or "crab leg" pieces)

1 tablespoon nori seasoning (or crushed nori seaweed, optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Juice of half a lemon

2 tablespoons butter (or plant-based butter for a vegan version)


For the Butter Dip:

1/4 cup butter (or plant-based butter)

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)
