UP 844 and 6936 6/11/13

first this train stopped in grand island, NE then we went a few miles down and got a runby of it then we chased the engine down the line for a while. 6936 is a DD-40-x which is the world's largest diesel locomotive. I sure you know about the 844.

The whistle fits an fef-1 northern, which was the basis for the american flyer s scale 4-8-4 #332
