BF4: Secret Weapons / Hidden Weapons, How to find them + General info

A brief description regarding the "secret weapons" in the battlefield 4 beta. Video contains information regarding how to locate hidden weapons for future use when the game comes out. 32 player mode weapons below.

On the 32 player map, there are:
A M82ACQB (Barret CQB rifle) on the street next to some crates just outside the southeast side of base A near the sidewalk. Comes equipped with a rangefinder.
A USAS12 (auto-shotgun) on the white bridge on the second floor inside the base C building overlooking the C capture flag.
A M32GL (grenade launcher) behind the sandbags at the northwest corner of the map.

These are not the only one, on the domination map there is a USAS with explosive rounds and a sniper rifle (might be the same one).

Ammo for all battle pick-ups is non-replenish-able, the weapons are extremely overpowered compared to base weapons so Dice doesn't want people to carry them around indefinitely.

Is it me or does it seem like the quality (game play, immersion, video) of the BF franchise is moving backwards?
