There was no need for this outburst to have been allowed to be played out, it was unprofessional. Seeing as Lord Sugar invested in two candidates in 2017, he should have just fired the both of them for this childish behaviour at the last hurdle.

Having watched many episodes of this show I have to say business is based on plans for the future, strategic vision, a clear indication of how a business intends to reach it's destination. Very rarely do we hear basic terms relating to cost or responsibility centres, how product pricing is calculated and by what method (marginal or absorption), everything seems to be based on forecasts and what might happen. Marketing strategy now encompasses the whole social media platform. How do we account, manage our debtors, develop contingency plans, position the business and challenge the 5 forces Porter says every new kid on the block will encounter?
