Dilute it with water and ice add a tiniest drop of agave and a few pieces of mint if you like. I'm a landscaper and this combo is great on a long work day I also do the same with pure cranberry juice unsweetened just add the same things I suggested above or adjust to your taste....you can also dilute it with seltzer water! It's quite refreshing ❤️

Chammomile tea at least 45 mins before bed is the ONLY thing that has helped me sleep. Make sure it's pure chammomile and not mixed with anything. It works on the same receptors in the brain as Valium so it relaxes you and calms you so much that it makes sleeping easier. Magnesium glycinate works too, for about 3 to 4 hours, and then I always wake up like it wears off! A dose is 2 pills but only like 40 percent of your RDA, so what I will do is take 1 pill before bed if I can't fall asleep right away, sleep, and take the other when I wake up, or take 2 before bed if I'm WIDE awake, then take another 2 if I wake up in the middle of the night again. I was to the point of considering melatonin, but hear you build a tolerance to it, so was hesitant. But so far I've been able to sleep through the night with chammomile tea and Im going 3 months strong with using it. I also wake up super energized like I slept well, and my inflammation is down too, so I dont have aches or that morning heaviness. P.S cranberry juice works too for sleep, but makes you pee, so drink an hour or 2 before bed. Never heard of tart cherry juice for sleep, but it is good for joint pain, muscle recovery and body aches.

The best thing for insomnia is Valerian root... It smells like horse shit but it knocks you out. You can get it in pill form or even in the Sleepytime extra strength tea😴😴😴 I've struggles with insomnia since I was a kid, and I've been in some heavy sleeping pills and Valerian works as well without all the side effects!!!!

It’s also excellent for gout. My mom drinks the juice and takes cherry pills and hasn’t had a flare up in years.

Lol it blows my mind that people can sleep on their own or even w something like tart cherry. I haven't fallen asleep naturally since childhood and have to take about 15 different things to get a few hours of sleep. It's such a frustrating issue to have! I will hallucinate and physically break down from sleep deprivation and still cant fall asleep. I did a sleep study once and just sat there after being up for 48 hrs, didn't fall asleep once lol

I use this for Lupus. The dehydrated cherries are better, their sweeter and better than raisins. Healthy, delicious, beneficial snack

Try drinking camomile tea and adding lavender into a diffuser or humidifier, rub on bottom of feet 👣 with a carrier oil

Try chamomile tea. Drink it one hour before bed and brew it for 4 minutes
