It's good to see international trade happening in many currencies. This will make trade more fair as well.

Another big story Western media doesn't tell you is the ongoing successful (so far) visit by Taiwan former President Ma to China. The story not only gives China a big PR win but also touches a nerve in Taiwan's public. Many Taiwanese may want to have an independent country like Singapore but majority of Taiwanese people know they simply can't escape from their geography and history. People of both straits simple don't want war like the Western media egging them on. Thank you for your balanced assessment on de-dollarization!

I'm a Chinese basketball fan and I watch CBA every day. Couple of weeks ago I saw Aramco's commercial on the sidelines of CBA, and I was like "That's new, what kind of business do they have in China?" And 1 or 2 weeks later the Saudi news just flooded and I was like Oh, that made sense.

Can't believe that western media keep their audience uninformed on such an important topic

Here in US we're obsessed with forever wars. Spending tens of millions every minute of every day on conflicts. The violence we export has come home to roost in the form of gun violence. A root cause is our ability to ignore the mountain of debt, $31 trillion enabled by the dollars dominance.

Why are countries de-dollarising? Because they are sick and tired of being bullied, and subsidising the bully.

Two years ago nobody could predict the dollar condition we're witnessing today. The u.s continue to double down on the same mistake that brought the dollar where it's. Therefore, no guarantee that the grass of the dollar would not be faster than it's envisaged

The G7 is slowly breaking apart! France is different than Germany although Germany is one of the powerhouse in Europe, but it has too many US military bases there to join the Eastward trend.

Well done! Another well-balanced, objective report! This is VERY IMPORTANT development we need to be aware of. Please keep your good work! MSM deliberately misled general public. I am sick of MSM’s biased narrative.

I don't think China wants to be the world reserve currency, because of the problems that comes with.
But perhaps ensuring that it is resource backed is a way to avoid the pitfalls of fiat. Gold does enter this equation again, and IMO trading the gold standard for neoliberalism was a fatal mistake the west made

True, the dedollarization process is rapidly picking-up speed because Jobama keeps bullying everyone around, instead of trying to conduct constructive dialogue using diplomacy with same, thus accelerating the dedollarization process that he is also making more enemies and losing friends and allies abroad as well.

I think we really have no one to blame but ourselves. Both our fiscal and foreign policies may make us feel good but don't make good sense. It's the signs of the times. We have been strong as a result of our political system and will also fail because of it. It is too bad wisdom can't be passed on. Weaponization of the dollar is the tipping point for de-dollarization. We've witnessed inflation of over 1000% in some countries in the past, I am just hoping this won't happen here in the U.S. I just feel bad for the people who spent their whole life working hard to save money in the bank and lose most of the value due to inflation. I am thinking of diverting a porting of my assets to gold as a hedge.

Whatever the news doesn't talk about is the most important story of the day

I've watched 1.5 of your videos so far, so YT is suggesting them.

You seem to have benefited with insight and perspective from your travels. You notive things that most people miss. At the same time, you miss a lot and draw conclusions.

Your video on things you learned about America as a contrast you bring up that we're ranked 12th or 20th in education and that we don't prioritize it enough because of how much we spend on it stood out to me.

Have you ever considered how you could rate the educational quality of one school? Would you sit in on classes? How many classes?

Or would you look for statistics on graduation rates, college and college graduation, etc?

I contend that accurately rating one school is a difficult task. Harder still if you consider that ratings only take on relevance when compared with other schools.

While rating a school is difficult, rating schools by city or state is an ominous task. Unless you take the easy approach of comparing statistics. But, if you understand the dirty little secret that the decisive portion of adolescent education takes place in the home, stats are suspect at best.

Yes, thanks to the internet, most people read news wildly slanted toward a political leaning. But you didn't catch on that books comparing national ranking of things like education are a form of propaganda.

If you really consider how much work is involved in accurately assessing one school with boots on the ground and that having different people investigating schools can't be normalized, you would come to understand that only statistics centered around graduation rates, college acceptance and graduation rates, and possibly professional success rates can be compared. But graduation and success rates are more dependent on home culture and family values than schools.

Stats comparing education quality by city or by state are measurements of things unrelated to the school.

Ratings of the Quality of Educational by Country are Propaganda. Comparisons between countries are compiled for propaganda purposes.

As for Woke classes in colleges, they are only interesting because of the trouble that comes from them.

When it comes to young adults, they choose their majors. Those who have engineering or other STEM degrees have a future regardless of whether or not their school teaches or pushes Woke silliness.

This just one of your 12 points that are based on reduction and oversimplification. As an immigrant from Moscow a young age, I heard of the awful state of the extreme.

I understand that the US isn't what it was, but with your education argument, you miss one of the most glaring strengths of the US: Since achieving statehood, we have led the world in innovation. And it appears we will for the next century too. This entrepreneurial leadership keeps unemployment low and recessions short.

I'm not sure you're even going to read this, but, finally I'll address the subject of the dollar losing its status as the world's central currency.

Beyond dollar dominance couldn't last forever, you never made a case for why it's a bad thing.

As a prelude, I feel it's important to point out that groups of nations like Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and France trying to form a new standard doesn't immediately make it so. Such things happen organically. Arguably a neutral currency like the Euro is better suited for the role. But that's just an argument.

And France has always been a reluctant ally, often going its own direction just to flaunt US leadership. Your shock that they would want to topple the dollar comes off as naive.

There are countless reasons we would be better off if the Dollar didn't hold this special status.

1) The national debt couldn't have grown to anywhere near what it is.
2) Irresponsible waste and corruption would be a fraction of what is because, like people, our government would have to spend within its means.
3) The idea of policing the world would be beyond our means. The burden would be shared and allies would be equals.
4) We couldn't manipulate other countries with sanctions. Such use of our economic power is a waste

Appreciate you taking the time to put the information and video together! Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

As an American myself, I could detect your pain in describing unfavorable US events. Other vloggers from UK, Canada, or elsewhere have easier time calling a spade a spade. Anyway, I appreciate your reporting.
