Hey everyone, before trying any of the steps in this video, try simply clicking on See advanced repair options, and then Shut Down. Turn it back on and the problem was fixed for me. This method worked after multiple fruitless attempts at Restarting my PC

nothing worked for me, except I haven’t try with reset pc, too scared, didn’t do back up :(
if I choose the reset pc but keep personal files, what files would I have? the ones on the drive C or D?
