If someone has been paying on a pc longer than a year, there should be a buy out price. It would be a win win situation for the user and NZXT. The hardware is already dated, used and devalued. Why not offer an option for a buyout similar to how a lease program works on vehicles.

I also think there should be a clear language written so people will be able to see how much paying over a 2 year span will cost, vs just buying a pc from you out right. It would actually be a very transparent way to offer both options and let them make a better and more informed choice of what is right. Maybe they were thinking about renting, but they see they could save money and just buy it out right.

As a small repair shop owner, I can tell you now that NZXT products will no longer be sold here. This was a horrible launch of a rental system, and after getting caught, you back pedaled your mountain bike with little to no real change other than some wording.

Your cases have only recently become half decent. The amount of older cases of yours that I have sent to the scrap heap after upgrading customers out of the heat traps you call a case was too damn high. Your requirement of using your software to run your AIOs that noticeably hurt performance is a joke. Literally drop 25+ fs in most games after installing it. It's almost as bad as Razer software.

Your rental program needs to be changed to a rent to own. Sure, it can cost more than buying outright. You can even leave it open for them to return at any time instead of some financing option. This is just predatory and a rip-off.

You may have been here to help others get into gaming back in the day. You are only here for profit now, and it shows.

You have lost my business, and you have lost any future interest in your products.
