I'm very new to the game and just reached level 20 wanting to play ranked but I decided to get really good before I jump into it, I've been looking at lots of guides on how to improve movement as that was my biggest issue my aim is pretty good from other games I play, it felt like every peek I made I was just moving into their bullets getting one tapped. It was because I was doing the pressing both a and d coming to complete stop thinking that was it, I haven't seen one video yet that tells you to press a and d one by one like this to keep movement while also keeping accuracy and its actually life changing, the keyboard handcam really helped to see that. It took me a bit of time to relearn to press them one by one instead of simultaneously but my movement is a lot better now and I actually feel like I'm dodging bullets instead of just walking out standing still and trying to hit a headshot. Thanks a lot for this guide!!!

This is how you counterstrafe in csgo but i valorant it is much more effective to let go of a key and then press d because all your shots will be accurate then unlike no stop holding you have or maybe two accurate shots.

Hey konpeki I just had a question. I’m good at shooting a bullet accurately in between changing directions but get confused when trying to implement bursts. I found myself doing the thing where I hold both movement keys. But how do I counter strafe while bursting in between directions
