Mine, when showing the double color light it wouldn't enter descaling, it would just turn off, but doing it as you did since turning on FINALLY got me to the descaling mode lol!

I'd expect this video to have a million views. I'm usually good with written instructions, but in this case, I'd have better luck with a back flip and solving 17 algebra equations. The steps are ridiculous and could have been reduced simply by holding buttons for a longer duration. I understand now. Thanks for the walk through!
