ROASTED CORN AND AVOCADO SALAD WITH HONEY LIME DRESSING | THE BEST CORN SALAD

Roasted corn, avocado, tomatoes, and feta combine to make this amazing Summer salad. It is the perfect side dish to any BBQ or Party. I know Everyone will love it!! Give it a try soon..You will not be sorry!!

Ingredients:
4 ears of roasted corn on the cob
1 cup cherry tomatoes....cut in half
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 small avocadoes...peeled and cubed

Dressing:
1/3 cup EVOO
2 T honey
1 large lime juiiced
1/2t cumin

What a delicious sweet corn salad I would definitely dive into this and eat this as my main course meal. It is corn season and this is the perfect time I love how you roasted them on the grill and used your Bundt pan to capture all the corn kernels that normally would fall all over great idea.
