Corrections:

Each amplifier level of insomnia/restfulness applied to you will increase that effect by one day. So using restfulness potions is an alternative way to avoid phantoms spawning.

Modified coralstone can be sheared to restore it back to plain old coralstone with no coloring.

Right clicking dead coral with a glow ink sac will revive it.
