Help me please my fellow Covid warrior. One of my long haul side effects was weight loss…less than 20 lbs, but now I.have loose skin on my belly. The area above and below my belly button is like a giant mudslide. All the reading I have done to fix this contradicts each other. What can I do?
My body is 69 years old and I thank it everyday for bringing me through, but this palpable reminder of manifestations that still need healing hurts me deeply.

I'm confused about the vaseline tip, because when I have a burn, occlusive products make it feel like the burn is getting hotter, I assume because the occlusive traps the heat in. Glycerin or rose water are all I can tolerate on a burn for the first couple days :/

Actually burnt my finger yesterday and I'm glad my knee jerk reaction of applying vanicream + vaseline on it was what I was actually supposed to do haha

I would like to know what to do about scarring. I have scars on my face since childhood. One deep short one on my nose and another one under my eyebrow. They were stitched up. I'm talking early 1980s. How could I erase / lighten / treat them is my longtime question...
