At the time of my first sale I didn't have the automatic message set up. Can I still contact the customer thanking them for their purchase and also ask if they could leave me a 5 star review if they were pleased with the item?

is it good to offer sets in etsy? like a set of 4 pieces of the same size with different designs? if yes, I am using POD with Printify as my source, just not sure how to set it up on etsy, cant seem to find a video or any tutorial on this, thanks

I’m a hot mess alright! I’m going to have to cull some of my listings that aren’t getting love, or purchases. I go out of my way to change the backgrounds of my signs.

What if I have prints that could fit a few different style categories and maybe the keywords I use just aren’t as popular? Maybe finding other ways to describe them? I personally think that’s what’s happening to me. Like is it better to just describe what the print is rather than using words that follow trends? Or maybe mix them up a bit.

My only problem is I'm new and have no reviews or sales. I've had almost 200 views things are gaining momentum on social media. My prices are in line w average, pics beautiful, page full filled out, got over 50 nail set options posted, SEO on point, just need someone to take a chance on me now lol where are my risk takers at?!

Also what I found annoying today was that I ship all my items out on time and sometimes early, but because one of them didn’t have a tracking number they deducted a point from that stupid start seller badge. That was so stupid lol
