Ingredients:-
Rice cakes
Peanut butter
Dark chocolate
Fruits of your choice (Banana, Pomegranate, Kiwi, Strawberries)
Flaky sea salt

Top the rice cake with peanut butter and banana/strawberries/kiwi slices. Spread the melted chocolate over the rice cake and immediately sprinkle a little flaky sea salt over it. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes!

Tip: while these are best when they’re fresh, you can make a few ahead of time and keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy!
