Barrier nerf... strong enough to get back to Heal ?

Forgive me but Udyr's nerfs are more towards the later game damage and clear but still isn't too crazy. Like you can't be a tank and still clear as fast it seems like or do as much damage as before but maybe we'll see R Udyr building Rod into Liandry's instead of just Liandry's alone.
