I know the first part of what happened a big fish with glowing eyes came by when you look far into the distance you can see the light coming and then it just disappears when it goes off the screen

It's actually more 15% and the reason why it's mostly "unknow" is that for it to be considered explored a person or camera must go there and most of the ocean is absolutely nothing
Also there aren't giant creatures not yet discovered since
1) It would be really easy to actually find them cause of their size
2) they would be in the very least close to the surface since in the depths of the ocean there isn't anything they could possibly eat since the creatures there are small, scarce and provide almost no nutrients
3) There is no other proof of their existence, no corpses, no fossils nothing just your imagination
