Cabinet paint color: Glidden- Khaki Green
(Mixed at Lowes in a quart size paint of Cabinet paint in satin sheen)
Brown craft paint: Burnt Umber

We have two of those cabinets. One was gifted to us and the other was picked up at the thrift store for $17 😁 After painting them we turned one into a pantry and the other into a coat closet for our mudroom. Check your thrift stores they were both old TV cabinets that my husband gutted and added more shelves and a hanging rod.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it at first when you started distressing but it looks fabulous! The colour doesn’t look as flat. Love the basket and the wreath as well.

This turned out just beautiful and goes with everything like it's been there a long time. I watched someone else use raw umber or a glaze for the antique effect too.

Love it, just the right amount of antiquing. I wonder if you could get the same effect with dark waxing it. Leaving it heavy in places.

I got almost the same armoir at a garage sale for $50.00 that was a pine color. The inside has a fixed electrical outlet for a TV or any electronics and a pull out desk on the top. I did not love the orange tint of the pine, so I white waxed the whole thing and it came out a beautiful, soft pine ... which I love now!!! The bottom holds all my candles and candle holders.... which is ever growing! Yours turned out beautifully, . Love the color.

The cabinet turned out great and the color is wonderful. Maybe you could paint the knobs of the entire kitchen this color too.
