Data backup means that in a disaster, your data isn’t actually lost. Watch to learn more about data backup and why it’s important.

Data backup refers to keeping a second -- or third, or fourth -- copy of files and information in a secondary location. This secondary location can be another hard drive in the data center, a completely different building, or in the cloud. Backups provide a means to restore deleted, overwritten, or destroyed files in the case of disasters like hardware malfunctions, hackers, natural disaster, or just user error.

How often does your organization back up its data? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to hit that like button.

Hi guys i have a question 👋 I am planning to backup my pc in case of natural disasters. My used space was about 130GB something, do I need a drive that is more than 130GB too or it will convert to zip? Thank you ❤️
