INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb potatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz water
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
