There has been a lot of debate regarding how good Rappa will be, and whether or not players should pull for Rappa or skip her for Acheron, Sunday, Fugue, and so on. Rappa is a Imaginary Erudition Character who focuses on dealing massive break damage onto enemies. This plays a huge part regarding her place in the meta.

That was the first time my Acheron struggled a bit in MoC like I still cleared but it wasnt the usual 0-2 cycles

I didn't agree with Acheron dropping out of tier 0 at first, but Acheron at E0S0 doesn't perform as well as Feixiao at E0S0. I do think at more vertical investment they even out, but yeah perhaps Acheron has a lower damage floor out of the box than Feixiao.

So for some reason this morning a certain Graffiti Ninja came into my account as well as her LC..weird. But it doesn’t matter to me where the placement is because I LOVE her right now. Shes so fun doing her ult and she’ll be a great help against multi enemies like firefly ❤

Sparkle going down made me go oof abit. I pulled her because her trailer was my favorite, but seeing her dropping nowadays made me feel bad simply because I don't have a lot of meta characters that can help me clear stuffs like the end game modes in general aside from Feixiao. Also my favorite character from Penacony is definitely Robin. She can be such a girl's girl and I absolutely adore her for that

She dropped since she was never F2P friendly to begin with. A lot of ppl do not have an S5 GNSW, and if your relics aren't cracked either. At E0 she feels underwhelming without limited 5 stars to carry her DMG. Content creators pull every character and even some Edilons, no surprise they'd disagree. Truth is she was a bad pull for F2P from the start, Firefly showed what a REAL F2P friendly unit actually is... 🤷

I find the takes about the tier list generally a bit extreme - to both directions funnily. People obsess over the list as if it was supposed to be gospel, but then also disagree with all the information on it (note that this isn't adressed to you, I find your take on it pretty reasonable).

The list is a (very) good approximation, especially for someone not too familiar with the game about how characters rank (roughly). The thing about a tier list is that it will never overlap with your personal thoughts exactly and there's always some context missing.

That said, it's also clear that - in particular for characters outside the top tier - Prydwen tends to either fit them in without much testing (I feel like Clara in particular is a good example for this) or based on past performance to some extent (Himeko).

So I think it would be a good idea to view the entire list as a rough guideline and add your own thoughts. Especially because even a simple thing like having Acheron's S1 can put her right back to T0. Even simple things like a relic with substats that are meh on one character and perfect on another can shift the balance for your individual account.

All that doesn't even factor in personal preference in character design which obviously matters a lot for a character-driven game like HSR.

Boothill is easily my favorite Penacony character. Acheron got slapped in the face with this drop. I don't know what's going on.

I'm predicting with Fugue's release, 3 characters will get buffed by her which are Boothill, Rappa and Himeko. Boothill might have the potential to go up to T.0. while Rappa will enter the Apex tiers. MrPokke pointed out that Himeko should be promoted to T.1 Specialist at this point and I hope that will finally happen with Fugue's release.

Content atm doesn't favour acheron because it's been some time since she was released. That's the thing about this game, they make all new content favour the new unit on the block so even if you don't pull for LCs, you will still get to clear content easier. She may be dropping down the list because it's just not her patch until a later date.

The only reason why Acheron dropped is because of the current MoC. I tried her at S1 and with Jiaoqiu and she still struggled a bit. Feixiao is benefitting much more currently. But Acheron is definitely not in the same tier as Ratio...

The issue started with Boothill & Firefly, that self implant shudn't have been included but since it is, everyone wants new Break units to have self implant & that heavily decides a break dd's worth.

Also, I'm not ready to believe Acheron, Ratio & Yunli can share the same tier, their utility & gameplay in itself is very different to compare that easily.

Just use rappa and firefly together it's crazy no need for worrying about weakness

performance side maybe she is still so good, but what most people dont see when pulling her is how hard it is to optimize her, you need 2 high speed nihility that can debuff with either skill or BA (SW can do this), if you have no SW you need really specific LC, also you need a shielder with market trends LC to make acheron even faster, not forgetting that her LC is a must have, or if you dont have one your only choice for optimal damage is GNSW.

and you still need 134 speed on her, that is not a problem if you have bronya / sparkle, or if you plan to pull sunday, and she is also a nuke damage, you gonna need a high amount of CR to make it really work

this is a wacky team comp but when i face kafka in moc, i use blackswan, march 7th hunt, luocha and robin!! march marks blackswan as shifu and it works so well for me !!

Acheron's team is not T0. Simply because it still lacks 2 members.

Jiaoqiu did help Acheron be stronger, but he alone is not enough for T0.

I still think Silverwolf deserves to be in T1. Her constant debuffs are nice, her def shred is okay(just because Ult takes so long) but I think many people underestimate weakness implant, it is very useful with any dps that doesn't have universal weakness shred or impant in their kit, or their universal weakness shred is not big(Acheron)

Favourite from Penacony has to be Aventurine.

Teirlist-wise this is very whacky. JL should stay at teir 1 and Ratio should be teir 1 too. Everyone else is okay glad to see pela getting a boost 🎉
